Having taught hundreds of high school students, it's safe to say that presenting to your group is going to be a walk in the park. For over seven years I have been enlisted by chambers of commerce, networking groups, sales teams, and private organizations ranging from not-for-profit organizations to Am Law 100 law firms. Through my various speaking engagements, I am able to help more entrepreneurs, small business owners, and various teams within organizations.

• Healthy You Leads to Healthy Business - The entrepreneurial journey is not an easy one and finding the optimal balance of family, work, and personal life only makes it that much harder. In this special presentation, I share with you the struggles I have faced, success stories from business professionals I have worked with along the way, and the ongoing desire to lead a healthier life so that, God willing, I can grow old watching my children find their passions and form families of their own.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing golf. As a former USA Triathlon Certified Coach, I still enjoy going out for the occasional swim, bike, and run.
